Allergies are becoming a lot more prevalent than ever, which has improved the availability of allergy free ingredients, recipes and restaurants. As a toddler, my son was anaphylactic to peanuts, cashews, pistachios, raw egg and kiwi fruit. Eating out was a constant worry, so I made a lot of home cooked meals and I was filled with paranoia every time we went to a restaurant or dinner party. He's a lucky little man, having grown out of all of his allergies; but he's the exception, not the norm. He's now able to safely eat all of those things. But I'm still all too aware how important it is for people to be allergy aware. If you're after some great Allergy Free recipes, My Deal have compiled some great recipes, including my very own Cauliflower, Swede & Coconut Soup. Here they are;
